Thank you for joining us at this year’s Gratitude Gala. Celebrating with you was such a joy! A heartfelt thank you to all who have partnered with us throughout the year and have given towards our year-end goal of $35,000. We’ll update you soon on how much we’ve raised!
Students like Princess Balangitan, a Grade 2 scholar at People of Grace, will directly benefit from a new, more spacious learning facility in the Philippines.

A Glimpse of Princess’ Story
Princess' family doesn't know who her father is, and her mother left her in the care of her grandmother, Mommy Sion, when she was a baby. Sadly, her mother struggles with drug addiction, and despite the family’s efforts, rehabilitation has been unsuccessful.
Today, Princess and Mommy Sion live in a small 8 square-meter home. Mommy Sion supports her granddaughter by renting out a tricycle for P200 ($5) a day and relying on her pension.
In June, they approached the school, hoping to enroll Princess by paying only P20,000 ($500), which wouldn’t cover half of the annual fees. After visiting their home and seeing their living conditions, our staff agreed to sponsor the remainder of the tuition.
Mommy Sion, now in her 70's and managing multiple health issues, worries about Princess’s future if anything happens to her. Her greatest hope is to live long enough to see Princess graduate from college. Now that she is part of our community, we will ensure her hopes are met to the best of our ability and through your support.
